MY UX PROCESS

My UX process is a journey which involves the solving of problems users have in their experiences with a feature or product. In the process of solving their problems I design with empathy, with the user serving as my focus for the design. I’m an advocate for the user.

Collect user data through surveys and contextual inquiry. Search user pain points, pleasures and behaviors. Research the market with a competitive analysis.

Analyze the quantitive and qualitive data. Define patterns and trends. Synthesize the data to formulate a stategy. Create personas to understand who we are designing for. Validate the problem.

Prototype the design and test it with the users. Observe and interview the user’s behaviors and interactions. Synthesize the data and apply new improvements. Iterate and design until the user needs and goals are met.

COLLABERATE. BUILD.

Communicate the final design to the team and stakeholders. Package and deliver all the data, findings, and digital assests for the engineer team. Collaborate with the engineers to build the final product.
